Payment
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Paypal
- Canadian Money Order
We bill all orders in Canadian Dollars. If you are not in Canada, your credit card company will convert the amount into your own currency using the exchange rate at the time of billing.
Online payments are processed on a secure server. The charges are not applied to your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping
Most items will be shipped from the studio within 48 hours. If there is a delay, I will notify you by email immediately.
Iship via Canada Post unless specific arrangements are made to ship with another carrier. I personally warrant that any glass will not arrive broken. This does not include breakages occuring after arrival. Should an item arrive broken, please notify me within 48 hours at renate at tideswell bead and glass dot com
International orders (outside of Canada and USA) may incur an additional shipping charge. If this should occur, I will notify you by email before processing the order.
We care about the environment and therefore use clean recycled packaging for shipping whenever possible. If you particularly want new packaging, please indicate this request in a note accompanying your order.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please notify us at renate at tideswell bead and glass dot com We will respond promptly. We will try to make it right. Returns and refunds must be pre-approved. Credit card purchase refunds will be issued to the credit card the purchase was made with. We cannot refund shipping charges unless there was an error on our part.
